Kara Swisher

Kara Swisher is a prominent journalist and podcast host, serving as editor-at-large of New York Media, host of On With Kara Swisher, and co-host of Pivot. She has previously hosted the Sway podcast for The New York Times and Vox Media’s Code Conference, a leading tech and media event. Swisher co-founded Recode and co-hosted D: All Things Digital, known for interviews with tech leaders like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs. She has also written extensively for The Wall Street Journal and authored two books about AOL’s impact on the digital era. Swisher also holds two degrees– one from Georgetown and one from Columbia University.
